This page explains how information submitted through the GunFunk Records website is used and which external services are involved.

Who to contact

For privacy questions, access requests or requests to correct or delete information you have submitted, contact GunFunk Records at info.gunfunkrecords@gmail.com.

Information you provide

When you use the contact or demo form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you choose to send. Demo messages may contain links to external audio files. The email-only form at the bottom of the site sends a request for the label to contact you; it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Why the information is used

Submitted details are used to read and respond to enquiries, consider demo submissions, and handle correspondence you initiate. We do not use the email-only contact form to create a marketing subscription.

Form delivery provider

Our forms use the third-party service FormSubmit to transmit submissions to the label's email inbox. Information you submit through those forms is sent to that provider for delivery, and the provider may process information outside your country. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Website hosting and technical data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and basic request metadata. Published artist and release details are stored in Cloudflare KV, while uploaded media is stored in Cloudflare R2.

Browser storage and embedded content

The website may store a temporary local browser copy of already-public artist and release information to make repeat visits faster. The private admin area uses a session cookie for authentication. Music players, linked platforms and external font services may process technical data under their own privacy policies when you use them.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the correspondence and any applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about the personal information relating to you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Rights and available remedies depend on applicable law.

Changes to this notice

We may update this page when our website or service providers change. This notice describes the website as of 30 October 2026.
